- Wash-able "Ever-Clean" paint by Sherwin Williams. This paint will be tested after 30,000 people visit this home during the Street of Dreams. Check with us afterward and see how it held up.
- Lifetime exterior paint by Sherwin Williams. The "Life Time Acrylic" paint is warranted for life.
- Window "Roll Screen" by Pella Windows was a necessity to try and leave views unencumbered yet allowing for maximum ventilation.
- Between the glass blinds with raising and lowering features. Again minimized view restrictions, except when privacy is desired.
- A feature very special to us is Millard West High Schools custom designed fireplace mantel & surround with both graphic design and computer milled engraving. We try to frequently merge education into real life application and experience to help bring reality into the classroom.
